The NRFC welcomes the appointment of two new Board members, as well as the reappointment of current Board members Daniel Petre and Kathryn Presser.
Based in New South Wales, Rod Henderson is the Chief Executive Officer at electrical engineering firm Colterlec, and former CEO of Ampcontrol. He is a current member of various boards, including Beyond Zero Emissions and the University of Newcastle.
Anna Shave is a Western Australian business owner, with extensive experience in commerce and investment, and is the former Managing Director of the Resource Capital Funds Innovation Fund. She is a member of the WA Government Innovation Advisory Board, and Chair of Audit and Risk, and Remuneration and Nomination Committees for Catalyst Metals, among others.
NRFC Chair Martijn Wilder AO said:
“It is an exciting time for Anna and Rod to be joining the Board as the NRFC continues to grow its portfolio and deliver impact in line with its mandate, revitalising Australian manufacturing and helping to deliver future prosperity.
We also welcome the reappointment of Board members Kathryn Presser and Daniel Petre for an additional twelve months.
